We do not accept returns on ready-to-eat food.

​Ready-to-eat food is prepared to order for each customer and is non-returnable and non-refundable even if you have not opened the package.
​You can cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. Contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order.

We do not accept returns on frozen products.

This is due to the fact that we cannot trace how the products were stored. Since our frozen products cannot be re-frozen, we cannot guarantee the quality of the product after such a return.
If you decide to cancel your order, you can still do so in the following way:

before the delivery day, write to our customer support and receive a refund for the full amount including the delivery price;

during delivery, when the courier brings you frozen food you can decline, in this case we will only return the amount paid for the food, the amount for delivery will not be refunded;

during free delivery, when the courier brings you frozen food you can decline, in this case free delivery will be cancelled and you will be charged the delivery fee, we will return the amount paid for the food minus delivery fee.
